1. Sun & Elements Protection The Caribbean sun and wind exposure are relentless. Keeping your skin safe is rule number one.
Reef-Safe Sunscreen & Zinc: Protect the pristine ecosystem of the Chacmuchuch Lagoon by using eco-friendly, biodegradable sunblock. High-SPF zinc sticks work best for your face during long sessions.
Rashguards / UV Tops: Long-sleeve rashguards (UPF 50+) are a must to protect against sunburn and harness rub.
